Red Sea SUDC & SUTH
Al Raeel executed the full EPC scope for the development of the Start-Up Distribution Centre (SUDC) and the Start-Up Transportation Hub (SUTH) for Red Sea Global, supporting the premier hospitality and luxury tourism supply chain network across Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea region. The project, awarded by Red Sea Global represents a highly specialised infrastructure complex built from a raw desert plot to serve as the main logistical backbone for the region’s ultra-luxury resorts and hotels.
The scope included extensive site grading, the construction of advanced warehouse facilities, administrative operations offices, and complete site infrastructure. Works covered dedicated utility networks, high-capacity electrical grids for heavy equipment, industrial water supply, drainage, and comprehensive firefighting systems, all delivered under a single, integrated EPC framework.
A key feature of the project was the engineering of specialised operational facilities tailored for strict environmental and hospitality standards. The SUDC was equipped with a massive, high-specification cold storage system designed for stringent multi-temperature food management, while the SUTH integrated high-output Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations and advanced, multi-vehicle car washing bays to manage an eco-friendly fleet, demonstrating a highly sophisticated and sustainable construction approach.
Al Raeel delivered the project from the ground up through strong coordination, efficient resource utilisation, and full compliance with international quality and safety standards, establishing a critical smart logistics and transportation hub serving the wider region.
