EPC for Camp & Site Office for Iraq Refinery Project

Al Raeel executed the EPC works for the Temporary Camp and Site Office facilities for the Iraq Refinery Project, developed to support one of the region’s major refinery construction programmes.

The project involved the construction of a large-scale accommodation camp for approximately 18,500 personnel, together with extensive site office facilities designed to support high-volume workforce management and project operations. The scale of the development required comprehensive planning, phased execution, and efficient coordination across multiple work fronts.

The scope included accommodation buildings, dining and welfare facilities, administrative offices, internal infrastructure, and all associated utility systems, including electrical networks, water supply, sewerage, and firefighting systems. The facilities were developed to provide a fully operational environment capable of supporting continuous site activities within a demanding industrial project setting.

Al Raeel delivered the project through systematic execution, optimised resource allocation, and strict adherence to project quality and safety standards, establishing a high-capacity temporary facility supporting large-scale refinery construction operations.
