EPC of Design & Build of MOBIS Parts Middle East 2nd Warehouse Project

MOBIS Parts Middle East 2nd Warehouse

Al Raeel executed the full EPC scope for the development of the second warehouse for MOBIS Parts Middle East, supporting Hyundai Motor’s parts distribution network across more than 70 countries in the Middle East and Africa. The project, awarded by MOBIS Parts Middle East to Hyundai AMCO, represents one of the largest integrated logistics hubs in the region, with a total plot area of 37,000 m² and a built-up area of 34,000 m².

The scope included the construction of a large-scale steel structure warehouse, a three-story administrative building, and complete site infrastructure. Works covered landscaping, electrical systems, water supply, sewerage, and firefighting systems, all delivered under a single EPC framework.

A key feature of the project was the warehouse roofing system. To minimise joints and enhance durability, roof panels were fabricated on-site and installed as continuous single-length sheets, demonstrating an advanced and efficient construction approach.

Al Raeel delivered the project through strong coordination, efficient resource utilisation, and full compliance with international quality and safety standards, establishing a major logistics hub serving the wider region.
