EPC for Design & Build Workers Accommodation Construction Village (Temporary Camp for 5,000 Person) for Red Sea Development
Al Raeel successfully delivered the full EPC scope for the design and construction of a 5,000-person workers’ accommodation village to support the development of the Red Sea area in Saudi Arabia by Red Sea Global.
The project demanded efficient planning, rapid mobilisation, and strict adherence to safety and high-quality standards throughout all phases of execution.
The scope included the development of a fully integrated accommodation complex along with complete infrastructure, comprising residential units, kitchen and mess hall facilities, a recreation centre, grocery outlets, a mosque, laundry facilities, and other essential amenities. In addition, comprehensive outdoor sports facilities were constructed, including a cricket field, basketball court, tennis court, and futsal field.
