EPC for Design & Build Fabrication Factory for Modern Solution Metal Industries

Al Raeel executed the full EPC scope for the development of the new fabrication factory for Modern Solution Metal Industries, supporting its advanced prefabricated units and smart metal solutions network across the region. The project, awarded by Modern Solution Metal Industries to Al Raeel, represents a major industrial development that transformed a raw desert plot into a state-of-the-art manufacturing hub, utilising a total site area of approximately 33,000 m² to accommodate the core 14,500 m² fabrication facility alongside its integrated infrastructure.

The scope included extensive site clearing and grading, the construction of a large-scale steel structure factory, a modern administrative office building, and complete site infrastructure. Works covered landscaping, high-capacity electrical systems for industrial machinery, water supply, sewerage, and comprehensive firefighting systems, all delivered under a single, integrated EPC framework.

A key feature of the project was the expansive clear-span structural design of the facility. To maximise the internal production footprint and ensure total flexibility for heavy modular assembly lines, the 14,500 m² factory was engineered and erected entirely without intermediate internal pillars, demonstrating an advanced and highly efficient engineering approach.

Al Raeel delivered the project from the ground up through strong coordination, efficient resource utilisation, and full compliance with international quality and safety standards, establishing a major industrial fabrication asset serving the wider region.
